Retainer Fee

Non-refundable fee
A non-refundable retainer fee of $50 will be charged per transaction. The retainer is required to begin work on the transaction.
This fee covers the initial work put into a transaction when it goes under contract.
The agent will pay a $50 retainer fee upfront on the first day of the transaction to initiate the coordinating service. Coordinating will begin immediately upon receipt of the retainer.
***If a contract is terminated, another $50 retainer fee will be required to start a new transaction for the same buyer/seller clients.
Buying/Listing

(per transaction)
Billed after finalized closing
The $300 coordinating fee is charged to the agent only after a finalized closing. An invoice will be sent on the day of closing to be paid upon receipt.
***Only closed transactions will be charged this fee. If a contract is terminated, only the $50 retainer fee will have been exchanged and no further payment will be required.
Tax Write off
All transaction coordinating fees can be written off of an agent's taxes as a business expense.
At the end of each calendar year, Ashby Admin will provide the agent a printout of paid coordinating fees to provide to their tax advisor.
